Rent is due weekly or every other week, on the weekday you move in, through a rent-payment service. A short-term rental agreement is signed in person. Invoicing in arrears is not available yet.

Are the apartments fully furnished?
Yes. Every unit has beds, sofas, a full kitchen with dishes and cookware, and towels. For extended and workforce stays booked direct, guests bring their own bedding (sheets, pillows, blankets). Short stays booked on our Airbnb come fully made up with linens included.
How big are the units?
All 28 units share one 1,100-square-foot floor plan: three private bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room, a full kitchen, and in-unit laundry.
How does check-in work?
For stays booked direct, we meet you in person to sign the rental agreement and hand over your keys, so let us know your arrival day and time. Airbnb stays follow the check-in steps in the Airbnb listing.
Are utilities and Wi-Fi included?
Yes. Heat, electricity, water, high-speed Wi-Fi, and trash are all included, along with weekly housekeeping and fresh towels.
How do work crews pay, and can the company be invoiced?
Under a short-term rental agreement signed in person, rent is due weekly or every other week, on the weekday you move in, through a rent-payment service. Invoicing in arrears is not available yet, so if your company pays after the stay, call or text (208) 412-5490 before you commit.
Is Twin Cedar a good fit for travel nurses or extended medical stays?
Yes. Furnished, flexible-term units with a full kitchen and in-unit laundry suit travel-assignment and extended medical stays. Tell us your assignment dates and we will line up the right unit.
Are pets allowed?
No. Twin Cedar is a pet-free property, so pets are not allowed in any unit.
Is smoking allowed?
No. Smoking is not allowed inside any unit. Smoking areas outside are marked.
