We keep a handful of fully furnished units move-in ready year round, so a crew lead can place a team by Friday, and a family relocating to the Basin can land somewhere comfortable. Real kitchens, in-unit laundry, and terms billed however your company needs them.

Beds, sofas, dishes, and cookware. Towels are provided. Crews bring their own bedding (sheets, pillows, and blankets). Everything else is ready to go.

In-Unit Laundry
Your own washer and dryer in the unit. No quarters, no laundromat runs after a long shift. Please keep oil- and grease-soaked work clothes out of the machines, since they're a fire risk and damage the units.

Flexible Terms
Stay a few weeks or month to month, and extend or wrap up as the job and schedule changes. Nightly and short stays are booked through our Airbnb.

Are the apartments fully furnished?
Yes. Every unit has beds, sofas, a full kitchen with dishes and cookware, and towels. For extended and workforce stays booked direct, guests bring their own bedding (sheets, pillows, blankets). Short stays booked on our Airbnb come fully made up with linens included.

Is Wi-Fi included?
Yes. Fast, high-speed Wi-Fi is included in every unit, along with weekly housekeeping and fresh towels.
