Three individual bedrooms all with queen bed.
Bring Your Own Bedding including pillows.
You will share the bath, kitchen and living room area as well as the storage area with two other guests.

Requirements to Rent:

Income needs to be at least $5000/MO
No Pets
No Smoking on entire property
If Application is approved, then will send you Credit/Background link ($40/applicant 18 or over unless dependent)
No Criminal Background
No Evictions in last 5 years
No extensive Credit problems
Financials:
Weekly Rent – two weeks paid at a time
Week is from Sun – Sat
$275 per week – $550 paid every two weeks.
Rent includes all utilities including Wi-Fi and weekly cleaning.
Rent is due on Friday of week prior.
Move in fees:
$150 Initial Cleaning Fee (non-refundable)
$550 current two-week’s rent
Total Move-In is $700.
