$3000 per month – includes all utilities and internet wi-fi connection
Move in fees:
$350 Lease initiation fee (non-refundable)
$1000 Security/Cleaning Deposit (refundable based on condition of apt at exit)
$3000 current month rent (pro-rated if not moving in on 1st of month)
