No extensive Credit problems
Financials:
Lease at least one year with 18 mos to 24 mos preferable
$1600 per month
Move in fees:
$500 Lease initiation fee (non-refundable)
$1600 Security Deposit (refundable based on unit condition at exit)
$1600 current month rent (pro-rated if not moving in on 1st of month)
Once lease is signed you will need to contact utilities and start your new service before getting keys to the apartment.

Also please note that you will need to visit the Post Office with your lease at 67 N 800 W to get a key to your on-site mailbox.
